Cleaning removes visible soil; disinfection kills pathogens on a surface — and it only works with the right product and the correct dwell time. We do both, deliberately, so a surface is actually safe and not just visibly clean.
What does your disinfection service include?

What disinfectants do you use?

Do you provide terminal cleaning or biohazard-level disinfection?
No — and we'll tell you that up front. Validated terminal disinfection for surgical and similar regulated environments is specialized work that requires providers certified for it. What we do is the daily and nightly disinfection discipline that keeps ordinary facilities genuinely clean — and if your environment requires more, we'll say so during the walkthrough.
Is disinfection part of regular cleaning or a separate service?
High-touch disinfection is built into our nightly and day porter service. Elevated or more frequent disinfection cadences are scoped as additional work on top of it.
